Think you can lift heavy weights??



So after six month of not being able to do heavy weights (doctor's orders) I'm officially back at it 😊😊.

Tell me what are your thought of lifting heavy?
Is it worth it?
Are you able to keep Form?

  1. I definitely think heavy lifting and strength training in general is worth it. I still struggle with keeping the right form sometimes though. Definitely would like a post about that!

      Just work hard and keep training and remember it's not a task it's a lifestyle. :)
